McObject has partnered with AgigA Tech, a Cypress Semiconductor subsidiary, to test McObject's eXtremeDB in-memory database system (IMDS) using AgigA Tech's new AGIGARAM non-volatile DIMM (NVDIMM) technology. The AGIGARAM solution deliver unlimited read/write performance at DRAM speeds, while also safely backing up all in-memory data when power is interrupted. McObject's tests confirmed that AGIGARAM provides seamless recovery for eXtremeDB, along with performance equal to conventional DRAM.[Continue reading →]
